Autoclaves provide precise temperature and pressure control to compact and cure composite materials, ensuring excellent physical and chemical properties of the finished products.
The equipment is compatible with various composite materials that meet the required temperature and pressure parameters, offers flexible pressure adjustment, and can process various irregularly shaped and complex structural workpieces.
Autoclaves, as composite material processing equipment, are powerful and widely used in aerospace, weaponry, electronics, automotive modification, rail transportation, and sports.
An autoclave mainly
consists of a tank door and body, a heating system, a fan system, a
cooling system, a pressure system, a vacuum system, a control system,
and a safety system. These systems work together to ensure the autoclave
operates under stable conditions.
Tank Door and Body: Typically
made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials, it is closed
at one end and open at the other, providing the necessary container for
the compaction and curing of composite materials.
Heating System:
Heats the material inside the tank using heating elements (such as
electric heating tubes, steam heating, etc.) to achieve the required
temperature.
Fan System: Circulates air or other heating media
within the autoclave, facilitating uniform temperature distribution and
even heating of molds and parts.
Cooling System: Usually divided
into two circuits: one for cooling the air inside the tank, and the
other for cooling the motors such as the fan. This is achieved through
equipment such as water cooling towers and water pumps.
Pressure
System: Used for regulating the pressure inside the tank, including an
air compressor, air storage tank, pressure control, compensation system,
and pressure relief pipeline silencer.
Vacuum System: Vacuums the
parts to ensure a tight fit between the composite material components
and the mold during compaction and curing.
Control System: Monitors
and regulates the operating status of the heating, fan, cooling, and
pressure systems to ensure stable operation of the autoclave under set
parameters.
